For instance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The MEX of <strong>[2, 2, 1]<\/strong> is <strong>0<\/strong>, because <strong>0<\/strong> does not belong to the array.<\/li><li>The MEX of <strong>[3, 1, 0, 1]<\/strong> is <strong>2<\/strong>, because <strong>0<\/strong> and <strong>1<\/strong> belong to the array, but <strong>2<\/strong> does not.<\/li><li>The MEX of <strong>[0, 3, 1, 2] <\/strong>is <strong>4<\/strong> because <strong>0, 1, 2 <\/strong>and <strong>3<\/strong> belong to the array, but <strong>4<\/strong> does not.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Find the maximum possible MEX of an array of non-negative integers such that the bitwise OR of the elements in the array does not exceed <strong><em>X<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Input_Format\"><\/span><strong>Input Format<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The first line contains <strong>T<\/strong> denoting the number of test cases.
